Payment will be processed through secure third-party payment platforms, such as PayPal or Stripe. All plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the grace period unless specified otherwise in these Terms.

4. REFUNDS

We offer refunds on the first payment within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with our services. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided. Annual subscription renewals may be refunded within the first 48 hours of billing. If you cancel within these refund windows, you will not be billed for further services. All other subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other material on the Services, is owned by or licensed to Magellan Algo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our Services without our express written consent.

You may share images and screenshots from the Services that contain our watermark, provided they are unaltered and used only for personal or internal business purposes. Screenshots of current trading information cannot be shared. Any misuse, such as removing the watermark or using the content for unauthorized commercial purposes, may result in the termination of your account and legal action.
